The Telstra Graduate Development Program equips graduates with the experience and knowledge needed to become future leaders in our business. It includes bi–monthly learning and development workshops, skill building sessions, invaluable hands on projects and plenty of social and networking events.

To help you navigate the many worlds of Telstra you’ll be guided by a dedicated mentor, your manager and a buddy, and you’ll gain exposure and support from the Senior and Executive Leadership Teams.

Graduates have been selected because they have achieved suitable academic levels and demonstrated that they have potential leadership and business skills that we require in our workforce. Where could you work?

There are positions in most major centres in Australia (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide) but majority of roles will be based in Melbourne and Sydney. Unfortunately not all locations will offer programs in all disciplines.

Who are we looking for?

We are interested in talking to graduates from a range of study programs including:

Engineering (across all major disciplines), Business Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Information and Knowledge Management, Computer Systems, Computer Science, Content Management, Web Development, Video, Network Technology, Communication/Arts, Project Management, Telecommunications, Internetworking and Applications, Network Design, Network Management, Business, Commerce, Marketing, HR, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Business Operations, Mathematics/Statistics, Law, Science, or any Bachelor degree that is suitable for Commercial, Business, Process and Contract Management roles.

We are looking for well-rounded, practical self starters who have achieved a balance between good academic results and other interests such as work and extra curricular activities. We’re all about innovation so welcome your new ideas, and you’ll need to be adaptable as it’s a fast changing environment.
