Sales & Account Management

Telstra delivers products and services to all sectors of the Australian community and economy and so we have sales and account management teams to address their very different needs.

We describe sales opportunities to be found in retail and  call centre environments on those pages.

What work would you do?

Our sales and account management teams work with business clients at a number of levels:
  • Sole operators
  • Small to medium businesses
  • Government organisations
  • Large enterprises
  • Wholesale customers who purchase Telstra products to on sell to their markets and customers under their own brands
  • Telstra partners who sell our products under our brands.
As the range of products and services we offer is extensive, so too is the range of specialisations of our sales and account management teams. For example, you could be the mobile solutions specialist in Darwin, a part of the team who looks after a major corporate client in Sydney or somebody who looks after the small business requirements in North West regional Victoria.
