Our Employee Share Plan

Each year we provide eligible permanent employees with a number of rights to Telstra shares which will become yours if you remain employed with Telstra for 3 years. At the end of the 3 years the shares are transferred to your name and you don’t have to pay anything for them. 
 
Salary packaging

If eligible, we can also help you make the most of your income by allocating a portion of your pre-tax dollars to things like a new car, childcare, education, superannuation, Telstra shares, or Telstra products and services.  We also offer certain eligible employees a yearly incentive plan, through which they can earn financial bonuses.
