A wide range of leave options
To enable our people to take time out for other parts of their lives, we offer a range of leave options, including maternity and parental leave, carer’s leave, adoption leave and study leave. Some employees can even purchase additional leave if they need it.

A family-friendly environment
To help Telstra families find childcare solutions we offer an online directory service, CareforKids, which provides assistance and information about childcare services, availability, casual services and Government regulations.
