Working across a full range of areas within the digital domain, some of your projects can include:
Developing customer engagement with our Telstra 24/7™ Apps to over a million users and downloads;
Supporting our users in becoming ‘digital customers’ where they’ll have online Telstra accounts, receive digital bills and make online payments, activate and recharge online, and use online support functions like CrowdSupport and LiveChat;
Doubling our online sales through the design and functionality of our online shop and online offer propositions; and
Building a world class LiveChat function, that lets customers get live sales and service support while online in their preferred communication medium.
