As a Project Manager, you will contribute to our vision and growth in a defined segment by providing and ensuring effective service delivery to our customers.

As a Project Manager - Service Delivery Specialist, your responsibilities are…

  • Responsible for setting, guiding and managing project to its target
  • Responsible for managing time schedule and phases, resources and milestones.
  • Define resource requirement to support delivery.  Engage LL ordering, Provisioning, Activation, supplier and other teams to deliver solutions.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage all aspects of Service Delivery, to meet agreed upon contractual obligations and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure that all elements of the budgeting, cost control and payment processes are implemented and controlled.
  • Manage the relationships with stakeholders such that requirements are clearly defined, progress is reported and expectations are managed.

To be successful in the role, you must have…

  • Proven Project Management and experience and knowledge in the project subject areas
  • Japanese spoken language is a must
  • Documented success in delivering projects within the given timeframe and resources.
  • Good knowledge in Layer 2/3 networks and products and background in Telecommunication Industry or Information Technology space.
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft office applications
  • Relevant work experience in the Telecommunications industry with customer facing experience.
  • Ability to work under a fast paced environment and under tight deadlines.
