The International Networks team engineer and operate Telstra’s global networks and products through enabling connectivity infrastructure such as subsea cables, satellites, optical transport and IP/Ethernet. This includes everything from Concept, Architecture, Planning, Design, Test, Build, Deploy, Operate and Life-cycle Management. This includes a strong focus on the customer experience by ensuring the end to end performance of these technology domains and associated products. Our teams work hard to innovate and enhance the sophistication of our deployment processes and ensure product differentiation in the market.

As the Product Owner P2O, you'll

  • Manage a small team that will own all the platforms related to the P2O process including but not limited to SalesForce and Einstein
  • Be accountable for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering capabilities onto the P2O platforms, which involves short and long terms planning of capability road map
  • Conduct workshops and one on one interviews to gather insights from stakeholders and customers and to identify areas for improvement
  • Identify potential follow-on business opportunities
  • Lead and participate in enterprise projects engaging with team members and stakeholders in the delivery of insights
  • Communicate findings and make recommendations to business leaders across the value chain
  • Work closely with Australia counterpart to ensure strategic alignment of our B2B digitization stack

As the Service Relationship Manager you will contribute to the retention and growth of a portfolio by providing the key delivery interface within Telstra and ensuring effective service delivery to customers.

As the Service Relationship Manager you will be;

  • Managing a portfolio of customers using the service management framework
  • The primary service relationship interface between customers and Telstra
  • Planning and executing on the service management framework through service review meetings, service improvement and strategy plans and relationship health checks

To be successful in the role, you must have;

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Manager with customer facing service or relationship management experience
  • Experience in Business Analytics to review ongoing service delivery and assurance activities and provide reports and insights
  • Strong ability to establish and build ongoing relationships with customers and suppliers and a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across these groups
  • Engaging the operational layer of the customers, interpreting customer requirements, meeting regularly with the Telstra Account teams to review customer profiles and future growth planning
  • Implemented appropriate initiatives and improvement plans to achieve increased customer satisfaction
