As the Service Delivery Manager, you will contribute to the retention and growth of the client (or portfolio of clients) by providing the key delivery interface within Telstra. The role provides a holistic, end-to-end service relationship and ensures all Telstra and client deliverables are achieved with customer satisfaction targets met or exceeded.
The role is expected to achieve customer contracted Service Levels or Service Targets, minimize Service Level Credits, deliver against financial plan for the account/s, support financial growth of the account/s, achieve customer satisfaction targets, achieve year on year improvement and manage compliance to general housekeeping and OH&S targets. It understands the customer’s business, direction and value drivers and using this knowledge to motivate and influence service delivery stakeholders.

The role of a Marketing Specialist is responsible for guiding marketing strategies, creating and delivering marketing programs to support the growth and expansion of the Tech and Media segment and additional marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects and demonstrate both creativity and attention to detail to help drive business growth. You will be required to provide a wide range of marketing support to the local sales teams and other internal as well as external stakeholders spanning events, demand generation campaigns, communications, digital and channel marketing as well as collateral development.
