What does a software engineer do at Telstra?
Our software engineers analyse, design, build, test, implement and help to maintain multiple system applications for our customers. They get to work on interesting, iconic and diverse projects, such as Smart Home products, IoT (Internet of Things), automation, AI (Artificial Intelligence), and much more.
What could you be doing as a graduate?
You could be assisting our teams with this cutting-edge work or even helping to build new products and services that’ll create amazing digital experiences for our customers. Our previous grads have worked on:
  • Generating heatmaps from tens of millions of lat /long data points
  • Using c#, Dask, Datashaer and Google Maps API to create front and back-end applications
  • Internet of Things (IoT) M2M Connectivity
