About the role
This role is centred on the “Foxtel from Telstra” product, working on a premium Media product of choice for customers, and including transforming to becoming a digitally led product experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key member of a high performing team that works to transform the Foxtel from Telstra product to be digitally led and optimised across Foxtel and Telstra to create a simple personalised customer experience. Deliver improved profitability while reducing the cost and time to market of implementing changes to the core Foxtel product.
This role is a critical position ensuring the success of Telstra’s T22 strategy, and transforming to a digitally led product.
We are looking for a self -motivated & autonomous individual who thrives on digging into data, identifying problems and creating solutions to improve the customer experience using a combination of experience, insights, technology and new thinking.
Demonstrate commercial acumen, analyse and identify product performance and market trends and manage commercial matters as they relate to the product or portfolio of products, including competitive threats and regulatory issues
Experience in Lean/ Six Sigma
