As the Head of Service - Lead, you'll be

  • Leading and developing a team of four experienced SDMs to deliver a high level of service
  • Create and improve the governance structure and act as the trusted advisor to your client and internal senior leadership team
  • Establish a close working relationship with our sales team to establish an improved understanding of our customers environment and foster a proactive approach to service delivery
  • Work in a matrix structure and drive an improved execution of services while meeting contractual obligations in carriage, mobility, cloud and managed network services
  • Manage a portfolio of customers from a broad range of industries in  professional services, pharmaceuticals and financial technology
