Working within our Consumer & Small Business team (C&SB), Digital Optimisation and Capability team will drive digital insights, formulate CX requirements and implement business improvements to meet our growth objectives. Projects can span across customer journey analysis, conversion rate optimisation, data analytics and implementation, data visualisation, running experiments to deliver CX and growth.
About the role
You will work in a team of Optimisation Capability Specialists to provide technical leadership to deliver & maintain Analytics and Personalisation / Optimisation capability on Telstra’s digital assets.
Experience implementing digital experiences using segmentation, audience selection, targeting rules, and tailored end-to-end digital customer journeys using tools such as Adobe Audience Manager or Salesforce Audience Builder.
