In a world of advancing digital technology and capability related to digital optimisation and conversion capabilities including conversion rate optimisation (CRO), digital marketing optimisation and AI, a senior specialist is required to work across the teams interfacing into the optimisation and transformation tech teams to be able to drive capability roadmap development and deployment.
About the role
This role works closely across the Digital Conversion Team to drive the usage of CRO and digital marketing optimisation capability into the Digital Conversion Centre of Expertise (COE), focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio and the Adobe suite, with a focus on Adobe Analytics, Target and Audience Manager.
