We're working hard to become a world-class technology & service organisation. With that in mind our Global Business Services (GBS) function are responsible for bringing together & radically simplifying customer service operations & internal support services.

Within GBS our People Services group manage internal recruitment activities, HR service request enquiries, & administer learning & payroll services. Right now we are undergoing a significant migration across to a new Application Platform that will unite & interface all of our People Services functions across the entire enterprise - truly one system to rule them all!

Plans to transition to our new system Workday have been a long time in the making & we are finally poised ready for implementation & go live next month. To deliver, support, & maintain our new Application Platform we've created a new role here in Melbourne for an Application Support Specialist-Core HCM.

 

As the Application Support Specialist-Core HCM you'll...  

  • Provide Process Owners with subject matter expertise on all things Workday
  • Keep up to date on new functionality, training, & provide insights on upcoming Workday enhancements
  • Work with Process owners to develop requirements for Workday changes & their implementation
  • Assist in resolving User “How To” questions & creating relevant job aids/learning/communications
  • Work closely with our Security Analyst to develop & maintain awareness of data security
  • Ensure compliance with data security policies & procedures
  • Identify areas for process improvement & sponsor improvement activities

 

To be successful in the role, you'll have...

  • Solid previous experience in a Workday BAU team
  • A successful track record in Workday Configuration in Core HCM module, Absence Module, Compensation Module
  • Demonstrated capabilities dealing with & influencing multiple internal stakeholder groups
  • Prior experience with large transformational change within a complex organisational structure
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, ideally having worked in an Agile environment
  • Relevant certifications in Workday modules highly desirable
