A little bit about the role and the team

The team supports our key strategical B2B digital transformation program, designed to improve quality, reduce errors and increase automation within our business processes, thus delivering our target Customer Experience & BU productivity targets.

Digital Process Specialist will support the implementation of innovative digital, automated solutions through end to end integrated digital design of process.

As a Digital Process Specialist you will 

  • Perform analysis and recognise patterns in processes and procedures to initiate incremental improvements and solutions to existing processes, products and systems
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement projects delivering innovative digital customer experience
  • Document procedures in a digital format and presenting new process designs to stakeholders for discussion and also facilitate process workshops
  • Guide process modelling and business process reengineering

Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are someone who will have

  • Experience in driving and executing process change
  • Previous experience in process management (BPM)
  • Demonstrated experience working on large programs
  • Telecom experience with a good understanding of IT delivery
  • Experience in Agile Program delivery
  • Knowledge in process framework and process architecture is also vital
