About the role
Business Customer Sales is a dedicated customer-facing unit, housing the entire end-to-end sales function for Telstra’s approximately 13,500 Business Customer Sales customers.
The purpose of your telephone-based role is to lead the sales and growth of a defined portfolio of customers that have strategic business importance to Telstra’s Mid-Market. You will provide strategic account management, involving a high level of engagement with executive-level customers, and you will work to ensure complete customer satisfaction when dealing with Telstra.
This a 6 months Fixed Term position based in Perth.
