This is a full-time permanent role and we are looking for the UX Designer to start at our Sydney or Melbourne office.


In our team of UX Designers, you will drive research and design, collaborating with development and testing to support, create and enhance the user experience for digital products.

As the UX Designer, you'll be


•    Supporting UX design activities to meet user requirements, modeling end-user journeys
•    Collecting and analysing customer data to assess, optimise, test and refine user experiences
•    Working in agile teams with stakeholders including product teams, product owners and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for user experience
•    Developing UX/UI Design Specifications to review the way that a user interacts with a system or product and prepare visualisation and validation of concepts via lo and h- fi mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes
•    Contributing to and promote UX product design guidelines, best practices and standards.

To be successful in the role, you'll have


•    Proven experience in customer-centred research and design, with a focus on digital experience design.
•    Experience in agile ways of working in a telco, or similar industry, designing for complex multi-segment customer/user groups.
•    Competence with UX tools like Axure, Invision, and Sketch
•    High-level working knowledge of UI / frontend technologies (CSS, HTML, Javascript, etc.)
