About the role
Telstra’s IVR solution offers call steering, NPS and Speech recognition solutions payments and out dialling solutions for all Telstra’s consumer and business customers. Additionally, the Contact Centre Solutions team delivers the solution for the National Emergency 000 solutioning and an automated system for notification of emergencies like bushfire and flooding.
