What you’ll do

As a Marketing Cloud Developer, your role is pivotal to defining Belong’s Marketing Automation strategy and implementation, as well as customer value propositions, campaign developments and executions. You will be a critical part of the team, supporting our campaign specialists in their builds for both acquisition and customer engagement.

You leverage strong SQL and Data engineering skills and experience coupled with Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to enable better data driven decision making across marketing.

You are responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions that empower the Marketing team to utilise the Marketing Cloud automation platform, and are fluent in Marketing Cloud scripting languages (AMPscript and SQL querying).

What you’ll bring

  • Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer
  • AMPscript and SQL query knowledge is essential
  • Ability to manage expectations and prioritize initiatives based on potential gains and alignment with business goals
  • Knowledge of SalesForce ecosystem, including optimum integration points
  • Exceptional analytic and strategic thinking skills
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop and maintain business relationships
  • Innovative and stays on the cutting edge of new technology and opportunities
  • Tertiary education in any of Marketing/Communications/Software engineering highly regarded
