As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud guru, your focus will be using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to configure and launch integrated, best-in-class journeys. You’ll work collaboratively with your cross-functional mission team (in our Agile-at-scale structure) and deliver great work that meets our objectives and delivers our key results.Our Consumer & Small Business Marketing TeamWe work across Australia, because at Telstra we believe work is a thing you do, not a place you go. So if you want to do that work on a beach or in a remote or regional location, that's ok with us!Our team spans creatives, strategists, production, and subject matter experts who work on some of the most exciting projects our business can offer. You could transform the way a function operates or how our people engage with our customers, or maybe you're helping to design a revolutionary self-service eCommerce platform. But one thing's for sure, wherever you're based, you'll add to projects that transform peoples' lives and do work that improves the customer experience.About the roleYour role is pivotal to the success of our use of marketing automation. You may find yourself delivering an email informing customers about an upcoming plan change, or an MMS that’s all about why getting the latest iPhone from Telstra is the best, or an app notification to make sure customers are aware of an internet outage that means their Smart Modem has switched to 4G.
