As a Building Support Specialist, you’ll be providing premium Building Support service to our colleagues ensuring a brilliant employee experience for Telstra employees working out of our  Sydney building.

This is a fixed-term opportunity until January 2022

Below are the Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the broader Property team to successfully assist in office moves, building restacks, building works & relocations
  • Conduct building inductions & demonstrate available technology for new employees to our buildings
  • Support site housekeeping and property audits including; Lodgement and management of faults
  • Respond & follow up of employee enquiries & requests.  Problem solve and offer best possible resolution on a wide range of Support functions from employees seeking help at Support Central
  • Be the central point to provide accurate & simple information to colleagues with regard to building & admin support process & requests. Be able to demonstrate “how to” including technology
  • Mail/Courier – undertake the full range of functions within Telstra’s mail management process.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Strong Customer Service Experience (Face to face experience high desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems/ think of your feet
  • Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong Communications skills – both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in technology
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
