This team is responsible for the retail side and wholesale side (re-sellers) of international voice calls.As the Business Specialist, you will manage the International Direct Dialling/voice calls (IDD) for your assigned destinations and offer commercial advice based off their analytics. You will manage commercial operations including the selection of the right supplier, pricing and cost management and deal management.
You are an important contributor in providing business insights through analysing, forecasting, reporting and monitoring our business and commercial information, that support the identification of business improvement programs. You thrive on providing the data, analysis and insights for critical decision-making purposes that support Telstra in reaching our strategic objectives as an organisation.What you’ll be doing
