What you’ll do
As a Senior UX Designer, you will drive the customer research and design to create and enhance the user experience for Telstra digital channels and products.
You will drive customer and business outcomes through user / customer centric design to deliver optimised designs that balance customer needs, business goals and implementation realities.
You will be responsible for leading day-to-day UX design activities and deliverables for our 1 year old, 4+ star rated My Telstra app and related digital touchpoints.
