As a Triage Support, you provide important administrative/project support across a diverse range of business activities, while ensuring agreed performance standards and key policies are achieved. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of different business activities that ultimately support Telstra’s strategic priorities. You thrive on providing responsive, considered support and being a key enabler for the teams you collaborate with, purposefully contributing to shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:• Prepare documents, materials and reports for key stakeholders, leveraging your communication skills, digital resources and business understanding to determine appropriate application, design, language, and layout requirements• Collaborate with team members to participate and report on progress on allocated tasks, maintaining quality in accordance with specified parameters and adapting to change when necessary• Research topics and projects as specified by senior team members by obtaining input and gathering data to help identify causes and provide suggestions on options• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by implementing and maintaining processes to ensure department efficiency, as guided by senior team members• Prioritise requests in order to support other team members in driving the timely completion of required activities and projects• Partner with members of your team to build and develop your skill and capability in core role functions, in order to provide support and enable functional continuance.• Manage and promote key digital resources that support efficient working across the enterprise ensuring shared understanding, consistent use and relevant stakeholder awareness, with the guidance and support of senior team members• Represent Telstra and your team by providing first-line support and stakeholder liaison for your function, ensuring enquiries and requests are responded to effectively and professionally
