What will be your purpose?
The Belong Experience and Enablement Specialist will take a hands-on approach to enriching the employee experience for all Belongers through process implementation and driving initiatives to create a culture where our people are able to readily access information to self-serve and provides solutions to problems that will maximise impact for our people, through dedicated one-on-one support.Currently, the business heavily relies on a select few individuals to provide multi-disciplinary support to the different lines of businesses. In addition, there has been an increased need for support services to provision various aspects of the business as identified by stakeholders across Belong. This requires a detailed understanding of numerous processes including financial procedures both, internally within Belong and Telstra, and externally with numerous vendors that are engaged to deliver goods and services.
Working across Belong, you will create, manage and organise information that reduces vulnerabilities, speed up responses, and boost overall employee experiences.
