  • Telstra Store Westfield Marion - Shop 2045, Level 2 Westfield Marion, 297 Diagonal Road Oaklands Park SA 5046
  • Telstra Store Victor Harbor - Shop T39A, Victor Central Shopping Centre, 77 Torrens st Victor Harbor SA 5211
  • Telstra Store Colonnades: Centro Colonnades, Shop 101, Beach Rd, Noarlunga Centre SA 5168
  • Telstra Store Arndale: Arndale Shopping Centre, Shop 156, 470 Torrens Road, Kilkenny SA 5009

Duties

  • Provide quality customer service to all customers
  • Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
  • Achieve sales and performance targets
  • Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards


Skills and experience

  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Effective communication skills
  • The ability to speak fluently in another language is highly advantageous!
