I lead a talented and passionate Contact Centre team across our global footprint, who manage relationships with our consumer and small business customers.
Telstra’s commitment to my career and their investment in leadership programs has been exceptional. I’ve had lots of opportunities to broaden my skills and build a strong network across government; enterprise and medium business sectors. Now I’m rounding out those skills with a focus on consumer and small business segments.
